What is a Story?
A “Story” is a standalone website marketing flow built with the Panels.Ai platform. You can use these stories to explain your business or product, book appointments, generate new leads, or up-sell your existing clients.
The infinitely flexible and customizable Story Builder gives you the ability to build and launch websites with basically no technical skills. We focused on simplifying all of the painful parts of web development and marketing when creating the Story Builder tool.

The concept of a funnel or “marketing funnel” is simple. It’s a method of driving clients down a specific path with the intention of achieving a definable goal.
The Panels Story Builder allows you to build custom marketing funnels for your business.

It’s important to make interacting with your business simple for clients. The more simplistic your process is, the more people will use it.

How does it work?
The easy to use drag and drop Story Builder leads you through the process of setting up and deploying your story.
Start by picking your desired goal from the template gallery then continue customizing the styling and content. Pick your fonts, customize your buttons and colors. Next upload you images, logo and videos or use our stock image library.
Font Selector
Your Story is easily customized. The first step is to select a font for your website marketing funnel.
Use the example text section on the right side of the page to type, enter your text and see exactly how the font will look.
When you select your font style here, Panels will use this consistent font across your entire story. This is a key element in web design and marketing that makes it easy for your visitors to stay focused on your content and not get distracted by having many different font styles.
Button Selector
Buttons come in 2 basic flavors, square or rounded. Here is where you pick your side. Round buttons or square buttons?
All buttons shown in your story will use this style.
Button Color
Your story will have 2 dominant colors. Primary color and a secondary color. They are used for styling buttons and other elements on the UI (User Interface) throughout your story.
Click the “color picker” box and use the new color wheel popup to select a color. The corresponding button color should now be shown based on your selection. Continue to repeat this process until you are satisfied.
Content Editor
The Panels Content Editor consists of 2 major elements.
- Preview window
- Content management
On the left side of the page, we have a large preview window. It shows the way your content will be displayed to your website visitors. Easily preview between desktop to mobile view by clicking the icons above preview.
On the right side of the page is a column for content management. Click the “Background” plus icon. This will allow you to add an image or video to the background of this Panel.
Easily add text to your Panel. Use the “button” and/or other fields to enter your custom text.
The layout editor is designed to make realtime updates to your online marketing funnel quicker than ever before possible. Once you save your changes, the Panels story will be published and updated instantly to the web.
Panels Scheduler
This Panel serves a powerful function. It allows your Story to schedule appointments for you!
Customize the Panels Scheduler to your heart’s desire. The headline, background image, and button text is yours for the picking.
Use the time selector to define your available dates and times. This will allow you to restrict specific dates and times as not available to your visitors.
Another powerful feature is the email status alert. Every time a visitor schedules time with your Panel, you will receive a notification with date and time.

Google Calander and Outlook Calander integrations coming soon. These integrations will allow you to more seamlessly integrate Panels appointments into your busy schedule.
Panels Meta Builder
We take presentation very seriously at Panels. The Meta Builder makes it easy to define an Open Graph Image, add the page’s title tag and enter the meta description. If you don’t know what any of those previous words mean, we basically mean that Panels makes it easy to do cosmetic SEO technical work fast.
After you update the Story’s meta information, you will see an image, headline and body text when the link is shared. The center of the page shows a preview for SMS (iMessage) and Social Media/Web link shares.
By optimizing this information you can look very professional to your potential clients and also technically savvy to any SEO minded nerds out there.
